Everything in the hotel is new and looks exactly like the pictures, even food is served exact the same way as on the pictures. Really nice staff, I only saw three girls during my stay but they were all exceptionally helpful and very kind. Great, fresh, varied breakfast, super clean room and nice view to quiet street. Halls in the hotel are very quiet when I take in consideration that they were fully booked that night. Cannot wait to stay there again.

I stayed at the hotel for more than a week. And it was just perfect. Hotel is situated in one of the nicest areas of Prague (Karlin), and for the purpose of my trip, this was the best hotel for me. Friendly welcome by the personel, always willing to help you out. In one word: perfect!

Our stay at the hotel was a dream. The staff was extremely friendly and made us feel like home, away from home. When we arrived in the room we found a bottle of complimentary wine and a nice postcard with a welcome message. Also, since we were there for the New Years, on 31st of December in the evening we found a bottle of champagne waiting in the room with a nice Happy New Year wish. The breakfast had a lot to choose from, and the food and the coffee were very good. On the morning of January 1st, the staff waited as at breakfast with Champagne and a nice smile. Everybody in the hotel speaks English and they seemed always keen to help us with everything.

My first experience in this hotel. I have had excellent service and accommodation. Grate and clean room. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend the restaurant as well.

After LONG flight from Las Vegas, I arrived at the hotel. Lady at Front Desk greeted me and allowed me to check in early. Everyone here has been above expectations!!! Even surprised with a birthday gift in my room after a long day of shopping and sightseeing!!! Couldn't ask for more!!! Highly recommend a stay here !!!
